Hemanth Rathod BN

Hemanth has been a part of Markelytics for over a decade and has been leading the team successfully from the last 6 years. He is majorly responsible for open-end coding process for various projects along with open-ends from online and offline surveys. He also takes care of inspection & quality checks. He also assists in the selection and is responsible for the orientation, training, counselling, and mentoring of staff. He also handles secondary research based on requirement. 

In his 12 years of experience, Hemanth has acquired strong domain knowledge in Data Classification, Data Mapping and Quality Check. He has been providing the core strength to our coding team as he has been single-handedly handling the whole department from the last 2 years, since the pandemic struck, with his exceptional management skills. 

In his previous jobs, he has handled multiple projects from various sectors (FMCG / Auto / Fashion etc.) 

He has completed his graduation in business management and is an MBA. 

Hemanth actively follows and plays basketball. He also likes travelling and listening to music in his free time.
