Give a snapshot of your career progression over the years at Markelytics?
Career progression for me has more to do with learning and enhancing my skill set. I am glad to be associated with Markelytics, which has given me the opportunity and freedom to expand my horizon.
Describe your team.
We believe in a collaborative style of work, are always excited to learn something new, are self-motivated, lively and are a great strength to each other. On a personal note, we are big-time foodies.
Why do you think anyone should choose Markelytics to work?
Markelytics has a fantastic team of employees who believe in knowledge sharing. Very supportive department heads who stand right, guide the team in the right direction and assist them in achieving their goal. Work-life balance is very well understood and the management has an open-door policy, which is commendable.
What is your management style?
I don’t believe in micromanagement. The team is given the liberty to design their work style. My focus is only on the results and making sure that they adhere to the company policies.
Role of your team in the success of Markelytics.
My team plays an important role in introducing new talents to the organization, boosting confidence and enhancing the skill set of employees by imparting various training programs, which in turn have contributed to the success of our organization.
