    Fascinated by the theory of fact-based decision and turning opinions into business-driving decisions, Jasal Shah is an entrepreneur with zeal to promote Marketing Research as the main ingredient for decision-making activities. Jasal has spent around 22 years in the Market Research industry. He has worked with top fortune companies and reputed agencies before setting up the world’s leading offshore Market Research agency from India, Markelytics Solutions.

    With able leadership and strong client-acquisition skills, Jasal has made the brand match global standards and set its footprints across the globe. He is a globe-trotter attending several conferences, meetings & exhibitions and maintaining relationships with clients in the continents of North America, Europe, and Asia.

    An MBA graduate from the Institute for Technology and Management and a thought leader in the market research domain, his articles and views are regularly published in national dailies and international research journals. He specializes in technology-related market research. He was recently felicitated with the Leadership Award by World Marketing Congress endorsed by CMO Asia for his contribution to Market Research Industry. On the personal front, he lives with his wife and sons in Bangalore. Mr. Shah has also served as the council member of the most prestigious global market research association – ESOMAR.

  • Venkatesh D N - Director

    Venkatesh is one of the co-founders of Markelytics. He takes care of overall operations of the company. He brings with him 17 years of rich experience from Market Research domain. His previous positions at some reputed agencies like Gallup, Market Probe and TNS have led to strong understanding of the subject, client needs and requirements.

    Venkatesh has developed several analysis frameworks for large single-country and multi-continental studies across the globe. He is a whiz at using Data Analysis packages. He has worked extensively for segments like Financial Services, Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharma, IT and Automotive sectors. 

  • Miki Igarashi - Director

    Miki Igarashi is the man behind Cross Marketing Group which Markelytics is now a part of. He first worked at Japan Asia Investment Co. Ltd., a venture capital firm, as person in charge of investment to prospective companies. Later, he served as Director in many reputed companies. In 2003, he started his own company Cross Marketing Inc. and acted as President and CEO. He leads the Group companies, mainly research business. Cross Marketing Inc was listed on Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2008 and his leadership continues successfully.

  • Shigeki Hitomi - Director

    Shigeki started his career as a CPA at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and later gathered experience of Financial services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. His wonderful experience of Finance field was well utilized as Executive Officer in Takefuji, and later in Cross Marketing Inc when he joined the group in 2005 as a Director. Shigeki is the acting CFO of Cross Marketing Group since 2011. 

  • Yoichi Yamamoto - Director

    Yoichi gained excellent experience of Marketing Research business for many years with his stint in R&D, J.D Power, TNS Infoplan. He joined Cross Marketing Inc. in 2013 and led the overseas business development of Marketing Research sector for the company. From June 2013, Yoichi moved to Research and Development Inc. which is our affiliate company. As a Division Head of Customer Services Division, he leads the business with his fine skills and expertise.
